This space used to be a terrace, the challange was to convert into a Studio Apartment. When we arrived, the place only had a Wood and Zinc Pergola. The clients didn't want to make any architectural changes so we had to work with what we had. We convert this space with new a few changes: - The clients wanted to keep the outstanding view to Encuentro Beach, so we closed with Glass Doors with long curtains for privacy. - We had to build one wall so we could close the apartment and cover from rain and wind. With a door that leads to an Outdoor Shower. - Vegetation (Artificial and Natural) - New Furniture Some of the pieces were bought from local stores and others were made by our wood working team.
